Fund Raising Project for Save the Children Fund, to assist the victims of Japan Tsunami

Another project to showcase the vision of being a gracious global citizen and a servant leader. The team, together with the sec 4 biology class, fund raised by selling drinks and energy bars on 25 March 2011.

A whopping S$1,200 was collected and this will be presented to Courts Young Lion during the S League game whereby all proceeding will be given to Save the Children Fund.

And what's more, by the team and 12 sec 4 biology students attending the game today, 26 March 2011, we has ensured that Courts will pledge a further S$1,200 to the cause!!

Hereby, the team would like to thank all those who contributed and May God Bless all abundantly!!

Reflection on South Zone C Div 2011

Commentator: The Bishan park game was not the best performance from the st gabriel's squad. More goals were expected but it was unlucky that the ball didnt hit the back of the net. With two games yet to be played, anything can happen the race for the top spot is still open for any team to grab hold of. All the best to st gabriels sec

Gareth:Firstly i enjoyed most of the games but the last games were not that successful and we were too complacent against Bishan park and only merely secure a 1-0 lead.... We played below standard and we need to do much reflection on this game and it was a good lesson learnt too. But on the whole,i enjoyed the games and thus hoping that we would not be too complacent...:)

The "past" led by Hariss Harun came away as the winners after recording a 4-1 win over the current Gabrielite team featuring the likes of Sunny Ng (YOG bronze medalist) and Faris, NFA U-16 captain.
